The Repair Shop "ROCKS"
Not only do they do EXCELLENT body work, they also care about their customers. I was having difficulty getting paid by the other insurance company for the repairs on my vehicle. I was authorized to get a rental vehicle, but the rental company and ins company wanted to put me in a compact vehicleno extras when my car is loaded. I was inconvenienced by the accident and by the negligence of the insurance company(The Hartford). J.D Stowers went to Enterprise and insisted that I be placed in a better vehicle and was able to obtain authorization thru the Hartford and Enterprise to cover me until I receive my check.
WONDERFUL Customer Service.
